#BikeTooter On repeat: if you simply slow down a bit, ding your bell (yes, a bell. It adds a whooping 1 oz to your bike) and wait for people to move or acknowledge they heard you, and say “thanks" as you pass, you will get TONS of smiles and spontaneous thank yous from virtually ALL demographics. It’s up to you (and them) what you do with those, but I guarantee you it’s far more impressive than you startling people as you rush by without saying anything. Share the trails

You know that when you get puncture after puncture its time to change the tire. Unfortunately I only found 40mm one, going from 45mm I feel like a roadie ;-) Sometimes I got some roadside "help" with the fix from "bystanders"... Also the repair stations are nice, if they have tools or aren't damaged in other ways. Poland had bunch of them but missing so much stuff or broken down that they were unusable. #biketooter #bikepacking #biketouring

Jeff and I did the same route again, yesterday evening, except that I took the Vado. It's both, better and worse, off road. Better because of the 80mm suspension fork. That helps a lot. Worse bcs of geometry. No fun down any hills. #EveningRide #BikeTooter

Last week myself and five others went on a 400+km / 260 mile cycle tour around Central England. The route was Derby - Daventry - Cirencester - Derby. Due to excellent planning most of the climbing was done by lunchtime each day. We had a coffee stop in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. We found a couple of nice cafes, Culworth and Northleach were the groups favourite. Nice weather with an overnight downpour on Tuesday. #BikeTooter

At 7, Jeff and I left for another eBike ride. We decided to ride over into France, up what we call "Horrible Hill". That area is usually super muddy, and sometimes impossible to ride, but now it is bone dry, so off we went. #EveningRide #Fatbike #BikeTooter

Provide factual research reports to business owners which overwhelmingly show that store footfall (both casual and regular) increase when multimodal (especially walking cycling) transport is privileged over car based
Info packs to all business owners about cycle specific infrastructure. Both for their own premises (IE wheel bender racks are very much not preferred) and the space outside (encroaching onto paths is a big no)
