My phone has Google Play Services and a locked bootloader. But that's a pragmatic decision, since I rely on apps that require attestation (Banking, etc). I don't use any of the Google cloud products and host my data myself (Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Photos) in open source solutions under my sovereignty.
