My name is Princess Kiki Darkness Desdemona Elvira LaFey. I'm also @EssBee@equestria.social's Pumpkin Spice Tradwife. I'm a trans woman in her 40s. I'm not a furry, but do consider myself a werewolf, as I'm very hairy and sometimes have heavy mood swings. I'm also disabled with a wide list of mental disorders. I'm a practicing chaos witch. Unlike most people on fedi, I'm not in tech, but was an assistant at an Advanced Technology Training facility in a college for a while. Currently, I run @X00001@X00001@masto.hackers.town, @crushermd@CrusherMD@is.redhairpale.skin and make stickers. My dream, at one point, was to be a writer. I never quite managed it but I have written a few fanfics which you can find on my website linked in my bio. I also have a Throne Wishlist which I add to occasionally as I need things.

Enseignant depuis une trentaine d’années, je tente de suivre les impacts sociaux, environnementaux, politiques, philosophiques et cognitifs des techno-sciences. Comment opérer et partager au plus juste une analyse de ces enjeux, féconde en compréhension émancipatrice, comme en mobilisation collective : exigeante tant en terme de Considération scientifiquement informée des intrications entre la matière et le vivant, qu’en terme de démocratie.
Sur une ligne de crête entre la “neutralité” toute théorique de la science, les choix techno-militaro-industriels, leurs impacts sociétaux, écologiques et géopolitiques d'une part; et d'autre part la nécessité de disposer d’un contrôle démocratique et éclairé, accessible à tous sur ces enjeux, pour qu’ils ne nous gouvernent pas "trop"...

Okay, here's my attempt at an #introduction!
Heya, I'm Fermata! I'm a demisexual mostly cis AFAB late-30s person who's been on the Fediverse for a long time. This is an anonymous alt account; my main account is elsewhere.
I'm here to talk about my #writing projects, and possibly about fandom stuff as well. Writing-wise, I'm working on an erotic Regency romance story, 80% of which is hella gay. 
It doesn't quite have a working title yet, so I usually just refer to it as my "regency romance" or my "gay romance" story. I'll write a bit more about it in a reply for anyone interested.
Fandom-wise, I've gotten really into Japanese #otome visual novel games. :3 They're often silly and self-indulgent, but they also feature some excellent stories, wonderful characters, and a lot of heart. Favourites so far include #EvenIfTempest, #JackJeanne, and #VariableBarricade.
I'm also an #artist, and I'm only just starting to dip my toes into drawing smut/erotica/porn, so you may see some of that here, too. It'll likely be art of the main characters of my writing projects, but who knows where I'll go, haha!

Absolutely no reason, who cares? Anyway. Not actually my first time here, but I have a messed-up brain and on occasion when I'm in a certain mood I scrub accounts and profiles, reset saved games and the like, and then I have to rebuild things when the mood passes.
Its quite annoying. Anyway.
I'm in the UK and I work in the very lowest level of IT. I press buttons to order. I don't code (unless you count Excel macros) and I don't network. Either way.
