@pixelate@tweesecake.social @keao@caneandable.social I have to put on my lap yes. also, i will be on one of those chairs that folds when you stand up lol. it will be good because the keyboard is not as loud. I do not intend to take notes during the service though. I am going to be using it more on a table during the small groups.

@keao@caneandable.social I am going to use it for note taking for the small groups at church. It is small and I feel better typing on a keyboard than a small EReaders keys lol.

@keao@caneandable.social Well as you know Apple has their own sweet of office tools. Pages for writing, Numbers for spreadsheets, Keynote for Powerpoint presentations. I honestly use Joplin for my notes and they sink accross windows iPhone and Mac. I do hear that word has gotten a bit better on Mac so that is a good thing. I have not tried it yet however so I am unable to verify this yet.

@keao@caneandable.social So far it is working for me. I was told at the Apple store many times how much it was in demand. I think this is a good way to introduce Macos without spending so much money. I honestly still want to continue to use windows to be honest and I am not looking to switch any time soon. I don’t plan to write music or edit videos with it either.

I got my MacBook Neo yesterday! I have to say it is a different world than using windows for sure. New commands to get used to with using VoiceOver. I am so glad I can keep my workflow accross platforms. I can use edge on here to sink my iPhone and windows computer as well as my Mac. I am so greatfull that my parrents were able to help me get it! They actually surprised me with the computer and I honestly was not looking to purchase anything. It is so awesome to see my dream of owning an Apple computer, I always wanted one since I was 13 years old. I hope that everyone has a good day and is staying safe out there.

@patricus@gts.posix.live That’s not how that works, just because the leaders are dead, doesn’t mean that things go to whatever they want to. Behind all that technology there’s decades of control. You can’t just flip on a switch and be like OK, we’re back for good this time. Iran has a sophisticated cyber hacking group around, and if I read correctly, that country is designed to operate, even after the leaders gone I’m sure they plan for this sort of thing. Also, I’m not saying I know everything about this country, I don’t live there, but that’s just what I’ve heard around the Internet.
