For a long ride (50+ miles), I add an extra water bottle, a couple extra electrolyte tablets, and a few cliff bars. #BikeNite #MastoBikes

@cainmark@mstdn.social aks: I have been "voluntold" by my spouse that I'm running a kid's bicycle rodeo in August. I have helped with 2 bicycle rodeos run by 3 other LAB LCIs, but never ran one. I've been told they've had them before so have the supplies and proper forms and waivers. I've looked up and saved what I could learn from my bike education materials & the web. Q7. Does anyone have any advice or personal experience to make kids events more fun?
