Spent a day in #Seattle yesterday. We stayed in Pioneer Square neighborhood. The transit day pass made travelling to different areas very convenient. You need to buy an ORCA ($3). The day pass is $6. Regular fare is $3. There are many buses along 3rd Ave. Even riding a couple of stops saves some walking. There's still a lot of walking including some steep hills. Tourism boards and transit agencies should promote this option to visitors. #PublicTransport #tourism

Impressive hills can be found just in the middle of Gorzów Wielkopolski city in Lubuskie region, Poland. A city park is located on some of those hills. In the park - unusually steep walking pavements & cycling paths will bring You to nice viewing points with panoramic views of other hills, church towers and roofs of the city. This is cool. But new train sitting on the siding for 4 hours to wait for a freight train when the entire journey is supposed to take 4 hours is the actual problem no one in government wants to solve. VIA Rail remains a national embarrassment because of successive Liberal and Conservative policy. Now they’ll just be a national embarrassment with new rolling stock. Oh and people can barely afford to take it across the country. It is mostly an embarrassing tourist fraud with spectacular views.
