Die Woche ging es im Montafon auf dem Muttjöchle Gipfelweg bis zum Gipfelkreuz, die Tour durch den Muttwald hinauf bietet schöne Ausblicke auf die Berge der Region, die Tour ist 7,5 km lang und hat 625 m im Auf-/Abstieg.

An diesem Abend in den Lofoten steht das Licht lange über dem Horizont und der Tag löst sich nur langsam auf. Mitternachtssonne heißt hier auch, dass die Grenze zwischen Abend und Nacht eher verschwimmt als verschwindet.
