I find @CoMaps@floss.social ability to overlay a subway map very useful in cities not supported by my transit app. Previously, I'd use the transit agency's map and open street map's transit layer in a browser to navigate. CoMaps uses the same color scheme as the transit agency. The attached screenshot shows Kunming, China with the blue arrow showing my position on the way to Kunming South Railway Station.

Spent a day in #Seattle yesterday. We stayed in Pioneer Square neighborhood. The transit day pass made travelling to different areas very convenient. You need to buy an ORCA ($3). The day pass is $6. Regular fare is $3. There are many buses along 3rd Ave. Even riding a couple of stops saves some walking. There's still a lot of walking including some steep hills. Tourism boards and transit agencies should promote this option to visitors. #PublicTransport #tourism

I've been using Enlightenment the past couple of years. Used fluxbox and xfce in the past. Briefly tried MATE, plasma, budgie and lxqt. At this point, enlightenment and xfce are my top choices
