@juliette@mastodon.green Lock your bike to the trolley park (on the outside of it not the inside).
Supermarkets usually have a dozen trolley parks well positioned in the car park, covered by CCTV and trolley parks have people coming to it to drop off their trollies every 5 seconds or so, making it hard for someone to steal your bike without having plenty of witnesses who saw the whole thing.
But be mindful, some customers are dumb and will park their trolley right alongside your bike.
