@SomeGadgetGuy@techhub.social Been using the OnePlus 13 since launch and most of my family is on OnePlus, sad to see them leave. The competition situation is unfortunately not any better here in Canada either but even though the idea of importing an overseas model seems tempting, carriers have been known to do shitty things which can cause VoLTE/5G connectivity issues for devices not meant for the Canada/US market. The idea that it's mainly Apple, Google and Samsung being the real alternative kinda sucks but here we are. Yes I know Motorola and Nothing exists but Motorola is mainly budget tier and even their higher end stuff has weak update policies. Nothing is just very niche, who knows how long they'd last as well. I'm back on GrapheneOS ☺️ I settled for an Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. Will try to keep that for two years but we'll see. I have a tendency to buy new hardware quite often. (way too often). And of course I started donating to GrapheneOS again. Today I found a great keyboard that has support for auto correct in many languages, my included (Swedish). The keyboard app is HeliBoard, an actively developed fork of OpenBoard. So far I've found one app that does not really work with GrapheneOS and that is a car parking app (Parkering Göteborg), but I haven't used that in ages and I've read that there should be other ways to pay for parking in Göteborg when / if I go there again. #GrapheneOS #Pixel #GooglePixel #GooglePixelProXL #Android #HeliBoard #Keyboard #AndroidKeyboard #FreeSoftware #OpenSource #Swedish #Language #AutoCorrect
