Things I regularly find challenging to get prospective clients to understand with software development:

It takes far more time than you expect.
-
It costs far more than you expect (a bespoke web app for example is thousands of pounds, if not tens of thousands).
-
There is no such thing as a ‘2 minute fix’.
-
Companies like eBay, AutoTrader etc. have teams of people like me (no I can’t clone their site in 1 month for £200).

It's end of the month, or as I like to call it "Invoice o'clock"
Using SoloTime to record my time means I can generate my monthly invoice from my iPhone, iPad or Mac with literally a couple of taps, ready to email to my client.

I found a really nice co-working space near me. It's 29€ for a single day or 250€ for an entire month of access. Coffee and water are free. I have never done co-working before so I can't compare.
