PLEASE BOOST FOR ME! It's spring in my corner of the world, and warming up quickly in the rush to summer. I rent my home, and while I have a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, in the high Aussie heat of summer of over 40C/104F, it's still far too hot in the rest of the house, and makes my disabilities and chronic illness worse. I have no aircon or fans in the rest of my tiny apartment, and with my disabilities and chronic illness, I could really use a fan this year, so I'm not shut in the bedroom constantly. I really need a 40cm, metal blade fan for it to be effective along with my usual cooling towel, cooling mat etc. I live under the poverty line, so this is out of reach for me. If you could help make it possible for me to get the fan I need, and help make spring and summer more bearable with disability and chronic health issues, it would be much appreciated. My goal is $99.95(cheapest one I can find and also free delivery to my door as I can't get to a store and cart one home due to disabilities). Just had coffee. One cup coffee, one cup soy milk, 14g agave; I swapped out my favorite soy milk powder for organic unsweetened silk soy. To no ones surprise I have no sinus reaction. So unfortunately I will have to switch to the healthier more expensive less versatile milk option. I know I shouldn’t look at it as a negative, but it feels like a loss, yet another thing my conditions have taken from me. #health #inflammation #wfpb #vegan #chronicillness

Errands run, dishes done, and bed made with fresh sheets so I can come home to a comfy bed after hospital. Having a little rest, and then we tackle some tidying. I have to fast from midnight, so I'm eating as much as I want until then, and have upped my water intake over the past day so that I give myself the best chance of staying hydrated, and not getting a migraine before surgery(or after, though I'm prone to them after anaesthetic). Resting in between tasks because pain is high, but feeling like I'm on track to being ready😁 #preparing #optimism #hope #focus #disability #chronicillness #chronicpain #hearthealth #kidneys #ptsd #fibromyalgia

I am exhausted and limp and overheating, but I have finally taken a SHOWER. For days, our main bathroom has been inaccessible due to mold remediation, and I wasn't up to cleaning the dead bugs out of the shower in the backhouse. Today there was a final application of chemicals, and when I came back home, the vapors had dissipated enough for me to finally spend a few minutes back there. Now I'm damp and clean and moisturized and wearing pajamas for the first time in a week. Things will really be better when we can sleep in our bed instead of on living room furniture, but this feels like a nice step.
