👩‍⚖️ BGH: Linas Schweigen im Antifa-Ost-Prozess wird mit sechs Monaten Beugehaft bestraft! 👮 Der Bundesgerichtshof hat entschieden: Lina E. muss wegen ihrer Aussageverweigerung im Antifa-Ost-Prozess sechs Monate in Beugehaft bleiben. Lina E. war bereits zu fünf Jahren und drei Monaten Haft verurteilt worden. Vor dem OLG Dresden sollte sie als Zeugin zu Taten aussagen, wegen derer sie selbst verurteilt wurde. Sie verweigerte die Aussage und berief sich auf ihr Recht, sich nicht selbst belasten zu müssen. Der BGH sieht darin keine ausreichende Gefahr der Selbstbelastung und hält die Beugehaft für verhältnismäßig. Entscheidend sei das „umfangreiche Wissen“ der Zeugin über die verurteilte Vereinigung. Formal ist Beugehaft keine Strafe. Praktisch bedeutet die Entscheidung aber: Wer konsequent schweigt und keine Aussage macht, muss mit der maximalen Dauer der Beugehaft rechnen. Aus einem Mittel zur Erzwingung einer Aussage wird für Betroffene faktisch eine Strafe für ihr Schweigen. Am Samstag ist Prüfdemo in Hamburg aber in Kiel will die AfD sich 6 Stunden lang in der Innenstädte, Holstenstraße breitmachen. Hubert Pinto de Kraus wird zusammen mit der Parteijugend „Generation Deutschland“ auftreten. In den 1980er Jahren bekamen wir in unserem kleinen, feinen autonomen Jugendzentrum in einer ostwestfälischen Kleinstadt eine telefonische Drohung, dass am soundsovielten Nazis vorbeikommen würden. Wir haben in der Hausversammlung diskutiert, wie wir damit umgehen. Zu zu machen an dem Tag war eine Option, die schnell verworfen wurde, weil dann zukünftige Anrufe dazu führen würden, dass zu gemacht wird?! Die HV einigte sich darauf, Präsenz zu zeigen und die Nazis entschlossen rauszudrängen. Sie kamen, wir waren viele, aber bevor wir richtig von unseren Stühlen aufstehen konnten, haben sie alles kurz und klein geschlagen. Es gab diverse körperlich und noch mehr psychisch Verletzte. Ich mach' s kurz: die Polizei hat sich Zeit gelassen. Der Gerichtsprozess führte zu keinen Verurteilungen. Aber am Tag nach dem Überfall kam Ali vom Ausländerbeirat, stellte einen Eimer mit Axtstielen auf den Tresen und sagte: "Schöne Grüße vom Ausländerbeirat!" 1/2 #KeineAngst #antifa

Trump hat #Antifa also offiziell zu einer Terror Organisation erklärt, die Union tendiert hier übrigens in die gleiche Richtung. The Prairieland case became the Justice Department’s proving ground for its new war on antifa, and the defendants were soon indicted on federal terrorism and conspiracy charges punishable by decades in prison. Prosecutors spun up an elaborate tale of a Texas 'Antifa Cell' engaged in a campaign of terror—one in which the fireworks demonstration became 'conspiracy to use explosives, and possession of radical literature became evidence of criminal intent. The government even portrayed Batten’s leftist book club as a recruiting and propaganda arm of the conspiracy. Batten, the indictment noted ominously, was 'part of a group that created and distributed insurrectionary materials called ‘zines.’” Conspiracy charges can be an exceptionally powerful tool, enabling prosecutors to win convictions against defendants who were only marginally involved in alleged crimes. And as anti-ICE protests ramped up, the Trump administration began seeing conspiracies everywhere. Five days after the Prairieland shooting, the DOJ indicted nine activists for conspiring to impede ICE officers in Washington state. In October 2025, the feds brought conspiracy charges against six people (including Mother Jones contributor Kat Abughazaleh) protesting at a Chicagoland detention center—a case that would eventually fall apart amid court filings alleging 'wide-ranging' prosecutorial misconduct. Undeterred, the DOJ then filed conspiracy charges against 15 people in Minnesota it claimed were affiliated with 'Antifa affinity groups'; the government hasn’t bothered to allege that any of those defendants injured federal officers. But Prairieland was where the administration hoped to make its biggest mark. As the trial began this past winter, FBI Director Kash Patel spoke as if it were already a done deal. 'Nineteen people have been convicted for acts of violence related to antifa,' he said on a podcast. 'You don’t got to believe me…Everybody can go read the public indictment.' Patel’s pronouncement may have been premature, but he wasn’t wrong. It didn’t matter that little evidence of a premeditated attack on law enforcement ever emerged. It didn’t matter that every defendant, except the actual shooter, was exonerated of the original attempted murder charges. It didn’t even matter that prosecutors struggled to show the defendants belonged to an 'antifa cell.' In the end, they convinced the jury that Batten and most of her co-defendants were guilty of rioting, conspiracy, using explosives, and supporting terrorists. My #Burnaby #LiberalMP (whom my wife and I voted in to prevent #PierrePoilievre being elected PM) hasn’t replied to any of my past emails, which are all highly critical of his government’s backtracking on climate and species at risk protections as well as privacy concerns. Instead, #WadeChang bombards us with glossy propagandist brochures of himself posing with local groups, all virtue signalling to cover over up his turncoat Liberal’s traitorous right wing lurch. One such picture is with our local wildlife rescue group. Imagine taking a smiling group photo with those rehabilitating the species at risk harmed by your own unethical, deregulated dirty oil projects?! These #CarneyLiberals assume we are all gullable idiots. I rip up his flashy brochures and recycle them, as they are just another waste of money and resources selling us yet another Liberal lie. Wade Chang will lose his next election to #Conservatives in large part due to Mark Carney’s selloff of our “left wing #antifa climate terrorist” interests. I will never be voting strategically again, at this point it is #electoralreform or bust for me. These short sighted, virtue signalling #Liberals will lose their majority and countless future elections by jettisoning their strategic leftwing supporters. I now believe #Canada deserves it’s true Right Wing Conservative government, enough of this neo-con Mark Carney masquerading as a Liberal.
