Hello All! ✨ I've just moved here to greener pastures (sunny.garden - get it? 😂). Introductions are really hard... I'm NB, the ghost on the right of the profile photo. This account is for photos that I've taken. Which is really just a mish-mash of nature, birds, bugs, street photography and so on - that I find on my travels around Bologna or wherever else I may end up. I like long walks on the beach, small crunchy pickles and the dismantling of patriarchal and technofacist-oligarical systems that are used to terrorise and oppress the masses. I'm going to shut up now. Byyyeee ♥️ "Featherweight" 🪶 for #minimalismmonday #photography #amateurphotography #feather #nature #urbannature #naturephotography #minimalism #fineart #europe #canon #canonphotography #introduction #moody #atmosphere

Eurasian Jay 🐦 for #wildlifewednesday Heard some rustling in the trees and spotted this little one bouncing about. There was a second one too, but they were unfortunately too far up and quite obscured by the branches.✨ #photography #amateurphotography #birds #jay #eurasianjay #birdsofmastodon #birdphotography #birdsday #wildlife #wildlifephotography #trees #urbangarden #nature #urbannature #afternoon #italy #italia #bologna #europe #colours #feathers #canon #canonphotography

Scale Model 🦎 for #texturetuesday Somebody was trying to camouflage in the hedge at the park. Hadn't the heart to tell them they weren't doing a great job. 😂✨ #photography #amateurphotography #lizard #commonwalllizard #scales #reptile #texture #closeup #detail #nature #wildlife #wildlifephotography #nature #naturephotography #urbangarden #park #italy #bologna #urbangarden #urbannature #canon #canonphotography

I know I've said it before, but I am so grateful to all of you here who post pics of your gardens, adventures, and nature. For someone like me who is disabled and so often bedbound, not being able to get out and about as I'd like is soothed a little by seeing all of your wonderful photos. I can lay in bed and enjoy what comes across my screen, and imagine the sounds and scents and feelings as I look at your pics. It may be a quick pic of a flower you saw, or a view out of your window, but to me(and others like me), it means the world. Please don't stop🥰 #thankyou #naturephotography #naturelovers #disabled #bedbound #grateful #NatureIsArt #UrbanNature #flowers #trees #sky

Sleeping Fox Yes, it’s a real one. Sleeping, completely unbothered at our local cemetery. We were on our evening stroll and OF COURSE I had no camera with me ( 🙄 )and had to use my phone. #photography #fotografie #urbannature #wildlife #fox #naturephotography #nature #animals #tgif #cemetery

No Damsel in Distress Here! 👸🏻for #macromittwoch I think this is a Common Winter Damselfly or Sympecma Fusca. It's on a branch of a Curry Plant or Helichrysum Italicum. (On a hot day these smell like maple syrup... I talk a lot about what things smell like on this platform actually 😂) ✨ #photography #amateurphotography #summer #insect #bug #insectsofthefediverse #damselfly #commonwinterdamselfly #closeup #macro #macrophotography #nature #urbangarden #dreamy #cute #wings #afternoon #natura #italia #italy #bologna #urbannature

Bee in my Bonnet 🤬 for #flowerfriday Alright, I'm getting this off my chest. I understand that there is no real clear stance on AI "photos" here, but I think it's shit, okay? So, here's my issue. I see AI on the trending page sometimes and I find it incredibly disheartening. Especially considering how much work and effort that everyone else goes through for their art/photos. A few weeks ago there was a ladybird which made it to the trending page. Today there's another picture that I am pretty sus of. Because I cannot find one other photo from the internet that matches the surroundings. I'm sure there are other examples that I am not aware of either. However, I firmly believe that GenAI has no place in art. That's the bee in my bonnet this evening. #photography #amateurphotography #flowerstagram #summer #flowers #flower #blossoms #bee #beestagram #bumblebee #insect #lavender #closeup #bloomscrolling #nature #urbangarden #dreamy #soft #cute #delicate #afternoon #natura #italia #italy #bologna #urbannature #noai
