Destinies Written Beneath the Rubbery: When Hope is Born from the Womb of Tragedy
In Gaza, life does not move according to the familiar laws of time and place ⏳🌍. Here, opposites in a way that stuns minds and bleeds hearts 💔. Calamities do not come singly; rather, they carry within their depths the seeds of delayed joys, and joys themselves can transform in the blink of an eye into sweeping tragedies 🌪️. It is a geographical patch where human destinies are forged from a strange blend of patience, loss, and miracle ✨.
Chapter One: A Raid That Erases the Trace
In Gaza, the distance between a dream and nothingness is the sound of a single airstrike 💥. A child stepped out toward his home, from which he had been forced to displace, remembering some of his necessities, and went in search of food and simple clothes 🎒. His footsteps met their fate amid a violent raid and the terrifying gunfire of tanks mowing down everything in their path 🚜🔥.
The trace was lost for two full consecutive years 📅. A father asked every stone, every ruin, every displaced person, and every passerby about his son, but found no answer to heal his burning soul 🤲.
Sorrow filled his heart, and he turned the page on his son forever after failing to reach him. He dug a grave for his chest, and wrote upon its unseen marker: "I once had a son" 🥀.
Chapter Two: Declared Fascism and a Hidden Window of Hope
In a world where images and posts race across social media platforms 📱, an Israeli female soldier published a picture boasting of humiliating a bound Palestinian captive—a living, shameless embodiment of the entrenched Nazi fascism in the behavior of this army 🪖🚫. The goal of publishing the photo was to humiliate the Palestinian people, showcase brute force, and crush what remained of their families' spirits.
Yet the destinies woven in secret had a different plan 🔮.
The afflicted family, torn by the anxiety of absence and with longing devouring their hearts, gathered around a phone screen, staring at the circulating image 👁️🗨️. Amidst the ugliness and cruelty of the scene, the hearts of the father and mother skipped a beat 💓. Their eyes fell upon familiar features, absent details, and a face whose return they had awaited despite their despair. It was him... their son, lost for over two years 🕊️, whose news had been cut off and whose traces vanished in the abyss of genocide, turning his fate into a painful enigma.
Before the magnitude of the shock, the picture transformed from a tool of human humiliation into a document of life 📄✍️. The news became a certainty: the son is alive, imprisoned in occupation jails, suffering under torture, but he is alive ⛓️✊.
Epilogue: A Testimony to Survival
Thus are destinies written in Gaza 📝. You lose a loved one in a moment you thought would last forever, and you find a lost soul you thought had departed for good, snatched from the jaws of a photograph meant for gloating and insult 📸🥀.
You never know how a son is lost, nor when; nor how he is found, nor when 🌌.
