​Cooking over an open fire is draining the last bit of our exhausted bodies. We spend endless hours inhaling toxic smoke, and now, even firewood has run out. In Gaza, every single day is a heartbreaking struggle just to survive. ​It breaks my heart to ask, but we are completely helpless. 1000 Days of Blood, Tears, and Survival... Today marks 1,000 days since the war in Gaza began. For 1,000 days, we have lived through fear, hunger, displacement, loss, and endless uncertainty. Every single day is a fight to survive, while the world continues to move on as if our suffering has become just another headline. I am a mother living through this nightmare with my family. My husband was injured during the war and continues to suffer without access to the medical care he desperately needs. At the same time, my children are suffering from malnutrition because food is scarce, prices are overwhelming, and the humanitarian situation grows worse every day. As a mother, nothing is more painful than watching my children go hungry and become weaker while feeling powerless to provide them with the food, medicine, and safety they deserve. It is equally heartbreaking to see my injured husband in constant pain without being able to afford the treatment he needs. If you are able to help, no matter how small the amount, your donation can help us provide food for my children, medical care for my husband, and the basic necessities our family needs to survive. Yesterday, the "Yellow Line"—the arbitrary boundary of our designated safe zone near the electricity company in central Gaza—felt distant. We slept with a fragile hope of survival. 😟 But last night, the world collapsed around us. Under the unrelenting roar of heavy shelling and non-stop gunfire, that line moved. By morning, we woke up to find that the Yellow Line had swallowed more of our land, tightening the noose around our necks. 😭 Now, we live in absolute terror. Every morning brings a horrifying lottery: Who will find themselves trapped behind the Yellow Line today? Who will be cut off from survival? 💔 I am writing this to you because I don't know if I will have tomorrow. As I speak, my voice feels like it is suffocating, drowning in the smoke and fear. This might be my very last message to the world. ❤️‍🩹 We are not just numbers or statistics on your news feeds. We are human beings who love, dream, and want to live. Please, do not look away.
