"Hope will never be silent." — Harvey Milk, activist and politician Survival Tactic for the Day: If you've been holding your breath around someone who makes you shrink — and you know who they are — exhale the moment you leave the room. Audibly. Let your lungs hear themselves. You don't owe quiet to anyone who costs you air https://thistleandmoss.com/p/3-4-2026-mourning-a-loss #meditation #spirituality #druid #earth #nature #eco #gaia #brigid #pagan #trans #queer #lgbtqia

The wheel has turned past the equinox and leans now toward Beltane, toward the fire-month, though we aren't there yet. We are in the thick of the quickening — tha an talamh a' dùsgadh, the earth is waking — and she is not waking gently. Pollen coats every surface like a yellow confession, the land saying: I've held this in all winter and I am done being careful about it. https://thistleandmoss.com/p/3-4-2026-mourning-a-loss #meditation #spirituality #druid #earth #nature #eco #gaia #brigid #pagan #trans #queer #lgbtq

From the department of strange-shit-happening-to-my-tinnitus.... I was in a day-long virtual Zen meditation retreat yesterday. During walking meditation between sitting periods yesterday morning, I experienced roughly 15 minutes without tinnitus. (The breaks between sitting rounds last 15 minutes.) I don't know why it went away. My tinnitus does not go away just like that, on its own. The last time I experienced life without tinnitus (briefly) was when I consumed kava. I hypothesized that maybe it was the headphones that I had used to listen to a dharma talk just before the walking break, but there was another later dharma talk, and it did not happen again. Has anyone experienced their tinnitus leaving like this during meditation? #Zen #meditation #tinnitus

🙂 #OBE #OutOfBodyExperience #AstralProjection #Bewusstsein #Consciousness #Meditation #LucidDreaming

People with whom we relate are always evaluating us—just as we’re also evaluating them—and they see in us aspects that we didn’t think we had, or admit having. #cafhglobal.com #cafh.org #meditation #introspection #spirituality #silence #discernment Image by Silviu on the street from Pixabay

Jigme Lingpa’s Yönten Dzöd: Part I https://courses.yangtiyoga.com/courses/y%C3%B6nten-dz%C3%B6d-part1-2026 #buddhism #buddhist #vajrayana #dzogchen #atiyoga #meditation #TibetanBuddhism "We are very happy to host a series of teachings by His Eminence Chung Tulku Rinpoche on Rigdzin Jigme Lingpa’s Yönten Dzöd, or Treasury of Precious Qualities. In this text, Jigme Lingpa (1730-1798) presents a progressive vision of the Buddhist path in accordance with the general view according to the Nyingma tradition. Over the course of thirteen chapters, Jigme Lingpa brings us from Sutra to Tantra to Dzogchen in a way that is clear, pithy and essential. This text provides a helpful grounding in both Sutra and Tantra including training in the importance of ethics and cultivating Bodhichitta - two very important aspects of the path that allow practitioners of higher teachings to properly hold the container of their experiences in a way that brings actual benefit for other beings in a skillful way. "

Naturally Liberating Whatever You Meet https://courses.yangtiyoga.com/courses/naturally-liberating-whatever-you-meet-26 #buddhism #buddhist #vajrayana #TibetanBuddhism #dzogchen #atiyoga #meditation "Join Lama Justin for this week-long teaching series on Khenpo Gangshar’s Dzogchen instructions known as Naturally Liberating Whatever You Meet. These instructions are profound, concise, and easy to put into practice. They can be considered stand-alone instructions, and also act as a helpful counter support for an existing trekchö or mahāmudrā practice."

If we have the habit of complaining, we can always find something to complain about; anything can be a reason for complaining. Let's be grateful, instead. #cafhglobal.com #cafh.org #meditation #introspection #spirituality #silence #discernment Photo by Johannes Plenio on Unsplash

Dialogue helps us not create bad moments or conflicts by what we express when we talk, as would happen if we complained, argued, or criticized. #cafhglobal.com #cafh.org #meditation #introspection #spirituality #silence #discernment Photo by Vitaly Gariev on Unsplash

Let’s speak clearly and efficiently enough that we don’t need long discourses to say something, and more importantly, are pleasant to listen to. #cafhglobal.com #cafh.org #meditation #introspection #spirituality #silence #discernment Photo by Beth Macdonald on Unsplash
