A rilanciare il trucco. che circola da anni tra viaggiatori esperti, è stata una creator su TikTok, che ha raccontato di non partire mai senza averne una in borsa. Il video, condiviso e replicato migliaia di volte, mostra la tiktoker infilare due palline in una calza e metterle dietro la schiena, per automassaggiarsi. Ripreso da Metro.co.uk, è divetnato virale. La pallina entra in gioco quando, dopo diverse ore di volo, trovare una posizione tollerabile diventa un’impresa. L’idea è usarla come strumento di automassaggio direttamente sul sedile, sfruttando il peso del corpo per applicare pressione nei punti più contratti. Il meccanismo è quello del massaggio profondo: posizionata tra la schiena e lo schienale, nella zona lombare o tra le scapole, la pallina permette di lavorare sui muscoli tesi con piccoli movimenti controllati. Il sollievo non è miracoloso, ma reale: meno rigidità, meno dolore, più tollerabile l’immobilità forzata. Non solo schiena. Alcuni la usano anche sotto i piedi, facendola rotolare per riattivare la circolazione, oppure sui glutei, altra zona che soffre particolarmente durante i voli lunghi. Il bello è che non serve alcuna abilità particolare: è intuitivo, discreto (più o meno) e soprattutto immediato. Ma cosa ne pensano gli esperti di questa soluzione senza dubbio low cost? La pressione mirata sui muscoli contratti aiuta davvero a migliorare la circolazione e a ridurre la tensione. Ma con una precisazione importante: non può sostituire il movimento. Some also use it under their feet, rolling it to reactivate circulation, or on their glutes, another area that suffers particularly during long flights. The best thing is that no particular skills are needed: it's intuitive, discreet (more or less) and above all immediate. But what do experts think of this undoubtedly low-cost solution? Targeted pressure on contracted muscles really helps to improve circulation and reduce tension. But with an important caveat: it cannot replace movement. Alongside this trick, there are other strategies that frequent travelers consider indispensable. Drinking plenty of water to counter the dry air of the cabin, avoiding alcohol and caffeine to limit swelling and tension, moving feet and ankles frequently, even while seated. And also: when possible, choosing the seat on the aisle to not feel "trapped," or using small lumbar supports to improve posture. I barboncini nel canile venduti sui social per oltre mille euro  Un dedalo di ambienti costruito senza l’ombra di un’autorizzazione, per l’allevamento ma anche come vetrina per i numerosi clienti catturati sui social. Perché l’uomo che è stato ritenuto il titolare del canile, pubblicizza la rivendita su TikTok, abbinando il prezzo ai video dei musetti dei barboncini. Somme che oscillano tra i 1000 e i 1200 euro.
