Al Fatto.it precisa: “Solo una battuta, tutti contattano amici nelle ultime ore” “Celebriamo formalmente la chiusura di questa tornata elettorale, ma continueremo sottobanco fino a lunedì pomeriggio a fare qualcosa”, queste le parole di Ione Abbatangelo, candidata sindaco di Portici per Fdi, durante un appuntamento elettorale svoltosi giovedì sera davanti a militanti e simpatizzanti del partito di Meloni. E sul quel “sottobanco”, che si ascolta chiaramente nel video che mettiamo in rete, si potrebbero sollevare interpretazioni equivoche o maliziose. Il Fatto Quotidiano: “Troppo anziana per rinnovare il contratto”, l’odissea di un donna di 101 anni “bloccata” dal gestore telefonico Dopo la morte del marito, una donna di 101 anni ha tentato di intestarsi la linea telefonica di casa. Un noto gestore italiano l’ha però ritenuta troppo vecchia per avere un telefono e le ha impedito di proseguire con una pratica a prima vista ordinaria. È successo a Piacenza, riporta il quotidiano Libertà, dove l’azienda responsabile si è giustificata dando la responsabilità di quanto accaduto non a un operatore, ma al sistema informatico. La donna, nata nel 1925, nei mesi scorsi si è accorta con le figlie che le bollette erano ancora intestate al marito defunto e che riportavano anche un codice fiscale sbagliato. Da qui la richiesta di regolarizzare la situazione, trasferendo il contratto a suo nome. Una procedura impedita dal gestore telefonico, motivo per cui la donna ha contattato Federconsumatori, spiegando la situazione. “Non è possibile effettuare un subentro a favore di una persona di età superiore a 100 anni”.Così ha scritto la compagnia all’associazione per i diritti dei consumatori, invitando anche la famiglia ad aprire un nuovo protocollo “allegando modulo di subentro, documento di identità, codice fiscale e iban se disponibile di altra persona che possa intestarsi la linea”. La presidente di Federconsumatori Piacenza, Angela Cordani, si è detta sbalordita dalla risposta del gestore telefonico. “Il 14 maggio abbiamo avuto una risposta ufficiale che ci ha lasciato attoniti”, spiega. Nel testo viene spiegato che la procedura non è stata possibile a causa di un “limite sui nostri sistemi“. Significa che il sistema informatico non contempla utenti che hanno superato quell’ anno di vita. La vicenda passerà ora all’organo di garanzia Corecom, per aprire un tavolo di conciliazione, anche perché il problema supera il caso singolo della 101enne piacentina: “Il problema riguarda evidentemente tutti coloro che hanno superato il secolo di vita – dice Cordani – Non si escludono richieste di risarcimento danni qualora emergessero profili di discriminazione anagrafica”. A FAR SPARIRE MODENA-FIRENZE-COSENZA No, non è Il Tempo a essere dotato di poteri straordinari di previsione e preveggenza, ma sono gli altri ad essere maledettamente prevedibili. Da giorni vi segnaliamo l'arretramento nella foliazione (ogni giorno tre-quattro pagine più all'indietro) delle notizie sul rischio del terrorismo islamico a casa nostra. Le notizie oggi sarebbero ben tre: l'attentato a Modena, l'arresto del mini-jihadista a Firenze, la condanna di un altro propagandista tra Cosenza e Catanzaro. Ecco: a che serve - mediaticamente parlando - l'operazione Flotilla? A far sparire dai giornali tutto ciò che ruota intorno al tema sgradito alla stampa “accogliente”. E allora il gioco è fatto: sul Corsera tre pagine sulla Flotilla e nulla sul terrore islamista, sulla Stampa cinque contro mezza, su Rep tre contro una (ma a pagina 27), sul Fatto quattro contro nulla, sul Messaggero due contro nulla. A maggior ragione il centrodestra farebbe bene a riflettere: ha senso farsi trascinare dagli altri sulla narrazione più comoda e gradita per loro? Il Fatto Quotidiano: Investito mentre avviava un cantiere sull’A1, morto un operario tra all’altezza di Santa Maria Capua Vetere Stava avviando il cantiere sulla sede stradale quando è stato colpito in pieno da un’auto facendo un volo di parecchi metri: è morto questa mattina, poco prima delle 8, nel tratto casertano dell’A1 all’altezza del casello di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, un dipendente della società Geastrade, che lavorava per conto di Autostrade per l’Italia. Sono bastati pochi secondi, quelli necessari affinché il lavoratore scendesse dall’auto, avviasse il cantiere sulla carreggiata in direzione Nord e venisse colpito fatalmente da un’auto. Il conducente del veicolo si è fermato e all’arrivo dei soccorsi era ancora in stato di shock. Oltre ai medici del 118 e agli agenti della polizia stradale di Caserta che stanno ricostruendo la dinamica dell’incidente, dopo qualche ora sono giunti sul luogo del sinistro anche i sindacalisti della Flt-Cgil Campania, in particolare il segretario generale Angelo Lustro e la segretaria regionale Viabilità Silvia De Micco: “Non si può continuare a morire mentre si svolge il proprio dovere – hanno sottolineato – continua una drammatica scia di incidenti e vittime che ripropone con forza il tema della sicurezza sul lavoro come una vera emergenza sociale”. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Terremoto ai Campi Flegrei, forte scossa di magnitudo 4.4 avvertita anche in molti quartieri di Napoli Svegliato di soprassalto, i lampadari che oscillano e scricchiolii delle pareti. Tremano ancora una volta i Campi Flegrei con una forte scossa all’alba di magnitudo 4.4 che è stata avvertita e registrata in una vasta aerea del Napoletano alle 5.51. Il sisma ha avuto come epicentro il mare a una profondità di 3 km: è stata così intensa e lunga da ricordare quella del 30 giugno 2025, la più violenta degli ultimi 40 anni (magnitudo 4.6). In corso le verifiche del Dipartimento della Protezione civile, anche se al momento non si ha notizia di danni importanti. Dall’inizio dello sciame sismico fino alle 6.30, l’Istituto nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (Ingv) ha rilevato quattro scosse. Avvertiti tremori anche in molti quartieri di Napoli, da Pianura al Vomero, da Fuorigrotta al centro storico. L’evento rientra nella crisi bradisismica che colpisce la zona dal 2005: si tratta di un fenomeno vulcanico che solleva il suolo generando i terremoti. Nel mese di aprile, secondo l’ultimo bollettino dell’Osservatorio Vesuviano, ai Campi Flegrei erano stati registrati 315 terremoti: l’evento più forte è stato registrato l’8 aprile, di magnitudo 3,4. Dagli inizi di aprile i sensori hanno registrato un sollevamento del suolo con valore medio mensile di circa 15 millimetri al mese. “È stata forte. Abbiamo appena avvertito una forte scossa sul nostro territorio. Ho disposto la chiusura di tutte le scuole pubbliche e private di Bacoli. E, contestualmente, la verifica di tutte le strutture scolastiche. Siamo in strada per verificare eventuali danni”. Così scrive sui suoi profili social, il sindaco di Bacoli, Josi Della Ragione: “Ho convocato il Centro Operativo Comunale – prosegue – e saremo fin da subito al servizio della popolazione.
