La Polizia di Stato ha arrestato un romano di 42 anni, raggiunto da un'ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere con l'accusa di essere gravemente indiziato di sei rapine aggravate e porto di oggetti atti ad offendere. Il provvedimento, emesso dal giudice per le indagini preliminari del Tribunale di Roma su richiesta della Procura della Repubblica - Dipartimento criminalità diffusa e grave - è stato eseguito dagli agenti dell'XI Distretto San Paolo, che hanno rintracciato l'uomo nel quartiere Trullo. Dopo le formalità di rito il quarantaduenne è stato trasferito nel carcere di Regina Coeli. L'inchiesta ha ricostruito una lunga sequenza di assalti consumati tra agosto 2025 e agosto 2026, tutti ai danni dello stesso esercizio commerciale.
