Trans woman • Wife • Mom After spending far too many years trying to be something I’m not, I’m finally becoming the person I was always meant to be. Most of my free time is split between chasing after my daughter, tinkering with some tech project that absolutely didn’t need to become as complicated as it has, rolling dice with friends, and replaying old games because apparently nostalgia is one of my hobbies now. I care a lot about open source software, digital sovereignty, and the idea that people should actually own and understand the technology they depend on. Also books. So many books. TIL "Atari" (Infogrames Fr) actually owns the US Wizardry IP now. But not the JP IP which is running Daphne. *AND* there's an Atari version of Wizardry on Switch. Which is tempting. Our 1992 Hoi Amiga game has been re-released, including source files! 🥳 Hoi was the predecessor to Moon Child. Prepare, it's a tough old school platformer… I mean… an exciting game challenge! 😉 The game was converted from the original 68000 CPU Assembly code to C via a soon-to-be released transpiler created by our coder.
