The website @gamesthatwerent@mastodon.world provides documentation on "Rimini, Mare Azzurro", an early project by the Italian developer Simulmondo from 1988. Out-of-court settlement between Amiga and Hyperion is publicly available This morning, Amiga Corporation and Hyperion announced that they had signed an out-of-court settlement. It may have been overkill, but I took the datasheet of the Philips tube used in the Commodore 1084 monitor and used it to recalculate the angles of the CRT shader in Copperline. This is almost ready to be included in the next release. #Amiga

#demoscene #ownmusic #chiptune #retrocomputing Yeah, after just 27 years, I am again contributing to an official demoscene release (yeah, there is a point in time when you realize: indeed - life is short :) ). I am part of Rabenauge / Bitshifters: "Chipo Django #3" a kewl 16 Bit #musicdisc with a twist: It's released on #AMIGA, #ATARIST and #ARCHIMEDES in parallel! It feels unreal to be right between 2 kick ass tunes by FILIPPP and NOMISTAKE and on one disc together with legends like Vincenzo or Chavez. More details at the Peertube description, including the download link of the disc image(s). AtariST/Amiga/Archi in one Zip. This is my track only, the complete video recording of this disc will appear later on Youtube and the likes, I am sure. NetBSD, a Unix-based operating system, is now available in version 11.0. The nineteenth major release of NetBSD is also available as a native port for PowerPC Amigas (experimental) and 68k Amigas. I'll start this as my A3000T restoration thread with some hashtags. I'll leave those off on most posts except when something is perhaps worth highlighting. I've extricated it from the basement and quickly remembered what a complete tank this machine was. Heavy as hell. It's pretty filthy on the outside, especially the keyboard. Anyone in the US that ever had stink bugs in their attic or basement knows what they are seeing on much of that keyboard surface. #amiga #amiga3000t #retrocomputing
