But about 15 years ago on our honeymoon to the Maldives, on an island far out in the sea I did see it (and it was amazing, had no idea you could see it with your own eyes).

@miona@toot.lgbt I noticed an electronic artist I liked named #Bluetech started using AI generated album covers two years ago and e-mailed them about it, and they said that not only were they using it, they were teaching other artists to do the same and would continue doing so despite me voicing ethical concerns. Maybe that doesn't count, though?

@foone@digipres.club it used to be the iPad Pro with the pencil (even though I was used to Cintiqs already) because they just completely nailed the feeling (and Procreate is the greatest piece of software in decades), but now it's moving from a combustion engine to an EV with one pedal driving. Only too bad they're mobile surveillance units (though some found ways of shutting that down, hopefully more hacks will appear in the future).

Was just reminded that the home console version of Outrun 2006 is 20 years old this year (although I'm playing the arcade version below), and still no game released since then has managed to improve on the gameplay! 😎

Also, it's now been as long since Outrun 2006 was released as the time between it and the original Outrun's release, so where is Outrun 3? 😭

(Then ask any of those workers how much money it would take for them to perform the job of a politician or business man and that's probably the real wage paper pushers should have too.)
