#Boost willkommen! #Followerpower

🚨 Dropbox Hack / Data Breach: Lenovo ID Flaw Enabled Account Takeover A serious Dropbox security incident highlights a dangerous weakness in federated identity. Attackers allegedly registered Lenovo IDs using victims’ email addresses, then abused Dropbox SSO / OIDC federation** to authenticate against existing Dropbox accounts. The disturbing part: • No Dropbox password was required • Victims didn't necessarily have a Lenovo ID • The attack relied on email-based account matching • A rogue identity could become a trusted federated identity • Attackers could obtain a legitimate-looking Dropbox session This is essentially an account takeover through an identity-provider trust failure, not a traditional password compromise. The full technical breakdown covers the Dropbox hack, Lenovo ID vulnerability, OIDC attack chain, federated authentication flaw, affected users, Dropbox's remediation, and defensive recommendations: https://thecybersecguru.com/news/dropbox-breach-lenovo-id-account-takeover/ #Infosec #CyberSecurity #Dropbox #DropboxHack #DropboxBreach #DataBreach #AccountTakeover #Lenovo #LenovoID #OIDC #SSO #FederatedIdentity #IdentitySecurity #CloudSecurity

My setup for recording game play tonight: 42" LG C2 OLED TVMSI Claw 8 AI+IVANKY Dock (the Claw is sitting on it) with HDMI out to external capture card, USB for mouse and controller.Ugreen external USB-C video capture card that can do up to 4K at 144hz. Almost zero lag loopback for video to my TV. It's hidden behind the Claw.Lenovo ThinkPad 14s gen 5 running Fedora Linux 44 (Silverblue) with OBS Studio to record game play.El cheapo TMKB M1 mouse. It might be cheap ($29), but it is pretty awesome and performs just as good as the $80+ name brand mice (looking at you Logitech, why are your mice so expensive?)Gamesir Cyclone 2 controller with TMR sticks.Old Microsoft Designer keyboard. It's old, but it's super compact and thin. It keeps my desktop nice and tidy.#gaming #videogames #gear #lg #msi #ugreen #lenovo #thinkpad #gamesir #microsoft #keyboard #controller #mouse #handheld #tv

I put the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i Gen 11 to work — it’s a great $799 laptop (if on sale) Thinking of buying the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i 15 (2026)? With a 15-inch screen and great battery life, it is a killer deal at $799—just skip its $1,299 full price. https://www.tomsguide.com/computing/laptops/lenovo-ideapad-slim-3i-15-2026-review #Laptops #Lenovo #Computers #Electronics #Shopping #Discounts [Tom's Guide Deals]

In general boring enterprise PCs with integrated Intel chipsets are a good bet with Linux. Lenovo for example has plenty of those. A computer year or two old tends work with Linux with less hassle than something that just came out from the factory assembly line. 14/21 #linux #lenovo

Some mainstream PC hardware manufacturers have computers with pre-installed Linux in their catalogs. Dell started this twenty years ago in 2006. Recently Lenovo has taken even more radical steps towards Linux, mainly for economical and customer satisfaction reasons. 11/21 #linux #dell #lenovo

Ich brauche ein neues #Laptop.

  • 32 GB RAM
  • 1 TB NVME
  • Ethernet
  • Wifi
  • Klein aber Leistung für alle Officework
  • AMD CPU
  • USB-C für Laden und Dock
  • zwei externe Bildschirme über USC-C
  • Windows 11 Pro

Tipps willkommen. Gerne teilen.
