Il Tempo: Lavoro, Durigon: "Emendamento Lega per salario giusto e continuativo"
Roma, 22 mag. (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - "Sul salario giusto stiamo sulla direzione giusta, lo dice anche la parola, nel senso di dire no al salario minimo perché avrebbe riabbassato la contrattazione. Sono convinto che dobbiamo rilanciare una buona contrattazione collettiva, per porre le basi su un salario che sia costante, continuativo. È inammissibile, inaccettabile, impensabile che si possa prorogare un rinnovo del contratto per tre-quattro anni senza che il lavoratore possa avere il giusto compenso al lavoro che svolge. Quindi dobbiamo potenziare questa fase. Abbiamo proposto un emendamento Lega, l'avevo anche proposto già nel ddl lavoro, abbiamo detto di farlo in Parlamento perché è il luogo deputato e secondo me la più grande risposta al salario minimo è quello di un incremento costante, cioè a scadenza del contratto. Non significa retroattivo, ma significa continuativo". Così, a margine del Festival del Lavoro, il sottosegretario al Lavoro, Claudio Durigon, sul salario giusto.
"La buona contrattazione -ha sottolineato- significa anche potere implementare gli aspetti di verifica delle condizioni di lavoro e di poter dare risposte sui temi della sicurezza. Serve però semplificazione, non è possibile che degli ispettori del lavoro ad esempio debbano fare dei controlli sulla grandezza dei bagni nei locali di un'azienda, che potrebbero essere demandati a figure aziendali, liberando così l'attività degli ispettori verso attività più importanti per garantire la sicurezza dei lavoratori".
Work, Durigon: "League Amendment for Fair and Continuous Wage"
Rome, May 22 (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - “Regarding the ‘living wage,’ we are on the right track, as the words say, meaning to say no to the minimum wage because it would have lowered collective bargaining. I am convinced that we must relaunch a good collective bargaining agreement, to lay the foundations for a wage that is constant, continuous. It is unacceptable, unacceptable, unthinkable that a renewal of a contract could be extended for three-four years without the worker being able to receive the proper compensation for the work they perform. So we must strengthen this phase. We have proposed a Lega amendment, I had also proposed it in the draft law on labor, we said that it should be done in Parliament because it is the appropriate place and, in my opinion, the biggest response to the minimum wage is a constant increase, that is, at the time of the contract renewal. This does not mean retroactive, but it means continuous.” Thus, on the sidelines of the Work Festival, the Undersecretary of Labor, Claudio Durigon, on the living wage.
“Good collective bargaining – he emphasized – also means being able to implement aspects of verifying working conditions and to give answers on issues of safety. However, simplification is needed, it is not possible that labor inspectors, for example, must carry out checks on the size of restrooms in a company, which could be delegated to corporate figures, thereby freeing up the activity of inspectors for more important activities to guarantee the safety of workers.”
