Il Tempo: Volkswagen: Blume, tagli necessari, possibile eliminare fino a 50 mila posti lavoro Roma, 13 lug.(Adnkronos/Dpa) - Il Ceo di Volkswagen, Oliver Blume, ha avvertito che potrebbero essere necessari fino a 50.000 tagli di posti di lavoro per restituire competitività al principale gruppo automobilistico europeo, in un clima di forte tensione con dipendenti e sindacati. In un'intervista interna visionata dall'agenzia Dpa, Blume ha quantificato per la prima volta l'entità dei potenziali esuberi, dopo che la scorsa settimana i media tedeschi avevano ipotizzato il taglio di oltre 100.000 posizioni. Giovedì il sindacato IG Metall ha organizzato proteste su scala nazionale in concomitanza con la riunione del management per discutere le indiscrezioni sui piani di riduzione dei costi; nel fine settimana anche il consiglio di fabbrica ha espresso la propria netta contrarietà. Blume ha spiegato che la stima di 50.000 potenziali tagli deriva da un piano volto a ridurre i costi amministrativi e infrastrutturali di Volkswagen per preservarne la competitività, segnalando che i costi del gruppo superano ancora del 20% la media dei concorrenti. "Un calcolo teorico, ipotizzando l'assenza di variazioni nel costo del lavoro, comporterebbe circa 50.000 tagli di posti di lavoro a livello globale", ha dichiarato. "Le nostre politiche per la sicurezza sul lavoro - ha detto Fabrizio D'Ascenzo, presidente Inail - stanno funzionando e cerchiamo di ravvisare un impatto delle politiche di prevenzione. Tutti devono patecipare alla politica della sicurezza. E' un inizio che ci incoraggia ancora di più, questa è la direzione giusta. Le regole ci sono e vanno rispettate quello su cui facciamo leva è quello di far attecchiare la cultura della sicurezza". Sono convinto che dobbiamo rilanciare una buona contrattazione collettiva, per porre le basi su un salario che sia costante, continuativo. È inammissibile, inaccettabile, impensabile che si possa prorogare un rinnovo del contratto per tre-quattro anni senza che il lavoratore possa avere il giusto compenso al lavoro che svolge. Quindi dobbiamo potenziare questa fase. Abbiamo proposto un emendamento Lega, l'avevo anche proposto già nel ddl lavoro, abbiamo detto di farlo in Parlamento perché è il luogo deputato e secondo me la più grande risposta al salario minimo è quello di un incremento costante, cioè a scadenza del contratto. Non significa retroattivo, ma significa continuativo". Così, a margine del Festival del Lavoro, il sottosegretario al Lavoro, Claudio Durigon, sul salario giusto. È uno degli elementi che abbiamo visto sull'incidentalità legata anche al movimento casa-lavoro, lavoro-casa, è legato proprio alla cattiva respirazione. Abbiamo sviluppato con l'Università La Sapienza una ricerca che finalizza proprio a capire la relazione tra le apnee notturne e il livello di incidenti stradali e stanno emergendo dei dati preoccupanti. I professionisti sono la colonna vertebrale del nostro Paese. Dalla fine della guerra avete permesso al nostro Paese di andare avanti, garantendo servizi, sicurezza, siete fonte di occupazione perchè ogni libero professionista ha propri dipendenti. Il ruolo dei liberi professionisti è fondamentale". Lo ha detto il vice premier e ministro degli Esteri, Antonio Tajani, intervenendo al Festival del lavoro dei consulenti del lavoro che si è aperto oggi alla Nuvola all'Eur a Roma. E Tajani ha ricordato che "come ultimo atto come commissario europeo nel 2014 decisi di equiparare i professionisti agli imprenditori per l'accesso ai fondi comunitari". Il vice premier ha sottolineato "l'importanza di questa parte fondamentale del Paese, garanzia di crescita e tenuta sociale, strumento fondamentale anche per costruire il futuro". "Le Casse dei liberi professionisti devono essere valorizzate al massimo, spinte a investire nel nostro Paese, e non all'estero, per realizzare grandi infrastrutture. Chiamare a raccolta il mondo delle professioni con le proprie Casse previdenziali per un grande progetto per la crescita dell'Italia con nuove infrastrutture anche digitali per modernizzare e rendere più competitivo il Paese. Dobbiamo invitarvi a non investire all'estero ma qui, ma servono i progetti. Più si investe qui più si creano posti di lavoro e sviluppo, è una visione di cui vi chiediamo di essere grandi protagonisti".
