Il Tempo: Infortuni, consulenti-Inail-Ance-Confartigianto: "Primi frutti grazie a lavoro di squadra" Roma, 21 mag. (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - Le nuove sfide del lavoro per la sicurezza stanno dando i primi frutti grazie a un lavoro di squadra. E' emerso dal Festival del lavoro in corso a Roma. "Le nostre politiche per la sicurezza sul lavoro - ha detto Fabrizio D'Ascenzo, presidente Inail - stanno funzionando e cerchiamo di ravvisare un impatto delle politiche di prevenzione. Tutti devono patecipare alla politica della sicurezza. E' un inizio che ci incoraggia ancora di più, questa è la direzione giusta. Le regole ci sono e vanno rispettate quello su cui facciamo leva è quello di far attecchiare la cultura della sicurezza". Rosario De Luca, presidente del Consiglio nazionale dei consulenti del lavoro, ha ricordato che "avevamo le norme ferme al testo unico e ora abbiamo un trend verso la riduzione degli casi e con un aumento esponenziale degli assicurati. E' cambiato il modo di vivere e anche grazie all'Intelligenza artificiale lascia più tempo per aumentare la qualità del proprio lavoro. E come consulenti del lavoro interveniamo per la gestione per l'organizzazione del lavoro, perché comunque c'è bisogno di una visione umanocentrica". Per Federica Brancaccio, presidente Ance, "l'edilizia è sempre stato consideato il settore più a rischio, ma finalmente dopo anni di lavoro e confronti riusciremo ad avere l'incidente degli infortuni per applicazione di contratto. Bisogna tendere all'infortunio zero perché il rischio zero non esiste. Bisogna formare l'operaio tecnologico che dovrà stare dietro gli umanoidi". "Il primo corso di laurea magistrale in 'Economia e management delle imprese artigiane e delle pmi' - ha ricordato Marco Granelli presidente di Confartigianato - va a valorizzare il nostro comparto però penso che in termini di sicurezza il tema venga affrontato non solo con gli adempimenti. (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - "Sul salario giusto stiamo sulla direzione giusta, lo dice anche la parola, nel senso di dire no al salario minimo perché avrebbe riabbassato la contrattazione. Sono convinto che dobbiamo rilanciare una buona contrattazione collettiva, per porre le basi su un salario che sia costante, continuativo. È inammissibile, inaccettabile, impensabile che si possa prorogare un rinnovo del contratto per tre-quattro anni senza che il lavoratore possa avere il giusto compenso al lavoro che svolge. Quindi dobbiamo potenziare questa fase. Abbiamo proposto un emendamento Lega, l'avevo anche proposto già nel ddl lavoro, abbiamo detto di farlo in Parlamento perché è il luogo deputato e secondo me la più grande risposta al salario minimo è quello di un incremento costante, cioè a scadenza del contratto. Non significa retroattivo, ma significa continuativo". Così, a margine del Festival del Lavoro, il sottosegretario al Lavoro, Claudio Durigon, sul salario giusto. "La buona contrattazione -ha sottolineato- significa anche potere implementare gli aspetti di verifica delle condizioni di lavoro e di poter dare risposte sui temi della sicurezza. Serve però semplificazione, non è possibile che degli ispettori del lavoro ad esempio debbano fare dei controlli sulla grandezza dei bagni nei locali di un'azienda, che potrebbero essere demandati a figure aziendali, liberando così l'attività degli ispettori verso attività più importanti per garantire la sicurezza dei lavoratori". (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - "Quello dell'apnea notturna e del sonno non buono è un tema serio perché in realtà è un elemento di distrazione del quale a volte siamo inconsapevoli. È uno degli elementi che abbiamo visto sull'incidentalità legata anche al movimento casa-lavoro, lavoro-casa, è legato proprio alla cattiva respirazione. Se non si riposa bene non si ha un livello giusto di attenzione. E oltre agli altri elementi di distrazione, tipicamente i cellulari, la mancata attenzione legata al cattivo riposo è fondamentale. Abbiamo sviluppato con l'Università La Sapienza una ricerca che finalizza proprio a capire la relazione tra le apnee notturne e il livello di incidenti stradali e stanno emergendo dei dati preoccupanti. Quindi il controllo del sonno, il controllo del riposo e anche della buona respirazione è un elemento di prevenzione rispetto anche agli incidenti stradali". Il Tempo: Alemanno, da Sorveglianza ok a riduzione pena: lascerà il carcere il 24 giugno Roma, 24 apr. - (Adnkronos) - Riduzione di 39 giorni della pena per Gianni Alemanno, che sta scontando in carcere a Rebibbia una condanna a un anno e dieci mesi per traffico di influenze. Il tribunale di Sorveglianza di Roma ha accolto l'istanza ex articolo 35ter dell'ordinamento penitenziario per vedersi riconosciuti i giorni di riduzione “a causa delle condizione umane e degradanti da lui subite” presentata dalla difesa dell'ex sindaco di Roma, finito in carcere la notte del 31 dicembre 2024 dopo la revoca dei servizi sociali. Alemanno, che doveva svolgere attività presso la struttura ‘Solidarietà e Speranza' che si occupa di famiglie in difficoltà e di vittime di violenze, era accusato di una “gravissima e reiterata violazione delle prescrizioni imposte”. In particolare, avrebbe presentato falsa documentazione per giustificare impegni lavorativi ed evitare i servizi sociali, oltre ad aver incontrato in tre occasioni tra marzo e settembre scorsi un pregiudicato, condannato in via definitiva nel 2018 a 4 anni e sei mesi. Quando gli agenti sono entrati nell’appartamento in via San Felice, quartiere di Molassana, hanno trovato il cadavere della donna. Sul corpo i segni evidenti dei fendenti mortali. Il 52enne si trovava all’interno dello stesso appartamento, con i vestiti sporchi di sangue. La procura ha previsto accertamenti per risalire con precisione all’orario del delitto. Secondo i primi rilievi la donna potrebbe esser stata aggredita nella notte tra sabato e domenica. La vittima aveva 87 anni. L’uomo, secondo il retroscena riportato da AdnKronos, era considerato una persona problematica, era stato seguito da un centro di salute mentale e in passato le forze dell’ordine erano intervenute perché si era barricato in casa. È stato accusato di omicidio aggravato dal legame di parentela, è in attesa della convalida del gip. Sequestrato il coltello che sarebbe stato usato nel delitto.
