Beautiful! The youngster are getting there, the movement is coming, making the web more even again, more nice again, more fun again!
And.. if you have a personal (indieweb)blog? Add it!
Another one bites the dust.
I will NEVER go beyond their cookiescreen. If you share with 1100+ 'partners', you can't have vetted and chosen them. You're just selling out.
So many sites rely on mostly selling visitor data. If your company relies on data-brokers only to be online, I'm sorry for you, that internet is ending.. fast!
Back to honest products, respecting people.
So, Cloudflare keeps silently breaking the internet. Now for Gumroad downloads
Any website using cloudflare will be ignored by me. I am willing to spend extra time to find an alternative. This cloudflare service is just a disgrace to the internet!
Stop using this stupid services and handing your frontdoor keys. If the service breaks, whatever you have behind it breaks. People forget AWS outages very easily. Well.. you've been warned.
@haitchfive @jwildeboer I'm not familiar with Go.
This 'post-framework' (which eq 'pre-framework') idea:
- Write HTML by hand Done!
Additionally:
- Template parts, sections for ease and maintainability (might need a server something)
So, HTML, a (template) parser. How we use to do it, how we build thing internet-thing, how we will be doing it.

Sure, some cases excempt.. Point is, we need very little to build the web. Less == better.
continued..
Principles:
- Own your own data (primary!)
- Open data, easily shareable data-feed (text, image, audio, video)
- Share, follow/unfollow
- New formats, structured logical, extensible data (lightweight)
Think of how RSS works, if we combine and show feeds, that's allready a "social-feed". All it needs is a basic interaction layer.
