Elle ne répond pas aux courriels non plus. Lorsqu'on lui écrit, nous n'avons même pas seulement une confirmation de la réception de notre courriel.Je suis extrêmement déçu. J'ai contacté le bureau administratif du #PartiLiberal (#LiberalParty) et on m'a dit de contacter le Whip, #Mark_Gerretsen Si jamais vous avez le même problème et qu'il est impossible de contacter votre député, essayez de contacter M. 讀完 Patrick Deneen《為什麼自由主義會失敗？》 像我這樣意識型態的人，看了其實會覺得被攻擊。作者的講法是：自由主義不是失敗，是太成功了。 現代社會把「自由」從古典那種「學會管好自己、節制欲望（free from desire）」，悄悄換成「擺脫一切外在約束、隨心所欲」。為了確保個人主義，就必須放大國家權力來控制，導致更集權。結果就是兩邊都變大，但中間的東西，像家庭、社群、宗教組織被拆掉了。然後就變成：習俗被合約取代，文化被消費取代，連國定假日都變成購物節。自由主義起源是喊著打倒舊貴族，最後反而養出一群更難被取代及更換的新菁英。 我過去就想過很多消費跟娛樂(影集、遊戲等)，某種程度就是設計來困住底層群眾，讓你沒空去想真正重要的事 （但我也不知道是什麼），這部份我與作者的想法有些呼應。 我不完全認同他那些跳很快的推論跟過激的言論，且認為自由主義是創造現代「富裕」社會的主要推手。但，自由主義也許真的走得太過頭了，而美式資本主義可能也走到盡頭了 (追求短期獲利不顧長期)。這點，我同意。 #books #liberal #bookstodon #taiwan #台灣
