My daughter decided to see if she liked rug-making, so she made a mini-loom using a piece of cereal box cardboard, long bamboo sticks, and medical tape. Naturally it worked, because she is quite clever. I am very proud of her creativity and ingenuity. She does, indeed, like rug-making, and she will likely invest in a larger, sturdier loom. #loom #rugmaking #fiberart

I have finished my year-long project of making a faire-isle altar cloth for all of the classic neopagan holidays. Each one is dedicated to one of the gods that I worship who I feel most strongly that season. It is complete and survived the wash! I was worried about the tassels. This is my first time making them and it felt too easy. The harlequin pieces aren't as solid as I would like and were a nightmare to sew together and line up but it was worth it. #crochet #FiberArt #FanArt #HowlsMovingCastle
