The rose, pale pink and white are originally from a baby blanket whose owner is now a senior in high school. The red is from several baby blankets. Those kids are all mid 20s. The brown I got used in 1997, so who knows how old that is. This is a run of waffle weave towels. #weaving #FiberArts #textiles #yarn #craft #destash

Quick #yarn question: According to J&S, one of these is “blue” and the other is “sky blue.” Which is which in your opinion? I think they’ve got it the wrong way round, and so does my wife 😅 Their opinion is in the alt text. As a bonus: my #finishorfrogalong #knitting jumper is going well! I just finished round 17 of 29 of the yoke pattern, I’m hoping to finish the whole thing by next weekend. Wish me luck!

Since they are so big, I think I will step on them in the tub to full them. This is a destash project—which, of course, means I had to buy more yarn to actually do it. 😂 Those stripes are gifted yarns I have had for a couple of decades! When I went to bring them in, a moth flew up from one of the skeins. These are a blend of wool and dog fur. Should I be worried that the moth might have laid eggs in the yarn? Should I throw them in the freezer or do something more drastic? I'm keeping them well separate from the rest of my stash for now. #Yarn #FiberArts #HandSpinning
