Il Fatto Quotidiano: “Atteggiamento complice su guerra e Gaza e referendum: la Costituzione è malata e per aiutarla votiamo no”: videoracconto del corteo di Roma Migliaia di persone hanno sfilato nel centro di Roma per dire il “no sociale” al referendum sulla riforma costituzionale del 22 e 23 marzo, per dire no alla guerra e al governo Meloni. Il corteo, organizzato dal sindacato Usb, da Potere al Popolo, dai movimenti studenteschi come Cambiare Rotta e Osa, è partito da piazza della Repubblica intorno alle 15 e ha raggiunto piazza San Giovanni. “Intanto diciamo no al referendum che ci sarà fra una settimana – dichiara Guido Lutrario, dell’esecutivo nazionale Usb – diciamo anche no alla guerra, soprattutto perché c’è di fatto un sostegno politico, non c’è una condanna esplicita, il governo ha un atteggiamento complice nei confronti del conflitto”. Durante il corteo sono stati bruciati dei cartelli raffiguranti Giorgia Meloni che tiene al guinzaglio il ministro della Giustizia Carlo Nordio, oltre che delle foto di Netanyahu, di Trump e della bandiera statunitense. In piazza anche una barella con l’impersonificazione “malata” della Costituzione, circondata da finti medici. “La Costituzione è molto fiacca – racconta una delle organizzatrici della rappresentazione – abbiamo il virus del fascismo, la febbre del capitalismo e quindi per salvarla andremo a votare no”. E significa anche assumersi la responsabilità di riformare davvero la giustizia, affrontando i problemi reali: la carenza di personale, l’organizzazione degli uffici, la durata dei processi e le condizioni delle carceri. Per questo abbiamo detto con chiarezza che se vincerà il No apriremo una stagione di riforme vere e condivise, costruite insieme a magistratura, avvocatura, accademia e forze politiche, per migliorare davvero il servizio giustizia per i cittadini. Se invece dovesse vincere il Si’, lo ha detto la stessa Giorgia Meloni: il passo successivo sarà accelerare sul premierato, cioè su un ulteriore rafforzamento del potere dell’esecutivo e sull’indebolimento dei contrappesi istituzionali". Il Fatto Quotidiano: I missionari comboniani: “Votare No al referendum, la riforma indebolisce i meccanismi costituzionali di equilibrio e controllo” “Come Missionari Comboniani della Provincia Italiana sentiamo il dovere di rivolgere un appello a tutta la comunità cristiana e a quanti e quante si riconoscono nei valori di dignità, giustizia, equità e solidarietà che animano il nostro impegno missionario”. È quanto si legge in un appello pubblicato da Nigrizia e diffuso dalla Commissione Giustizia e Pace dei Missionari Comboniani, nel quale si invita a votare ‘no’ al referendum sulla giustizia. “Come Missionari Comboniani riteniamo che, in questa fase storica, le ragioni a favore della conservazione dell’assetto costituzionale attuale siano molto più solide e convincenti di quelle a sostegno della riforma proposta. Invitiamo pertanto a votare NO – dicono esplicitamente i Comboniani – perché questa riforma rischia di indebolire quei meccanismi di equilibrio e controllo che la Costituzione ha sapientemente costruito per garantire davvero la giustizia e il bene di tutti e tutte, specialmente dei più fragili“. Agi: Perchè si regalano le mimose l'8 marzo? lo dobbiamo alle donne della Costituente AGI - La mimosa è il simbolo della festa della donna. Ma da cosa nasce questa usanza? chi ha scelto che fosse proprio questo fiore giallo a omaggiare le donne nel giorno della loro festa?   A sceglierlo sono state le ex partigiane Rita Montagnana, Teresa Mattei e Teresa Noce. Donne che il 2 giugno del 1946 furono elette all'assemblea costituente per scrivere insieme la Carta Costituzionale portando per la prima volta dentro il parlamento la voce e le istanze delle donne in un mondo ancora fortemente maschilista e patriarcale.    A Teresa "Chicchi" Mattei si deve la scelta del fiore giallo che cresceva spontaneamente sulle piante agli inizi di marzo e per questo considerato popolare e alla portata di tutti, rispetto ad altri fiori più sofisticati e costosi, soprattutto all'indomani di due guerre mondiali che avevano messa a dura prova l'Italia, dal punto di vista economico e sociale. Per sostenere la sua idea, Mattei inventò un'antica leggenda cinese in cui le mimose rappresentavano le donne, la loro sensibilità, unità e senso di appartenenza a un gruppo, a una famiglia per via di tutti quei piccoli fiorellini che compongono il fiore.    Teresa Mattei che durante la sua militanza da partigiana aveva subito violenze e torture, ricordò che "la mimosa era il fiore che i partigiani regalavano alle staffette. Mi ricordava la lotta sulle montagne e poteva essere raccolto a mazzi e gratuitamente". Why are mimosa flowers given on March 8th? We owe it to the women of the Constituent Assembly. AGI - The mimosa is the symbol of International Women’s Day. But where does this tradition come from? Who decided that this yellow flower should honor women on their day? It was Rita Montagnana, Teresa Mattei, and Teresa Noce, former partisans, who chose it. Women who, on June 2nd, 1946, were elected to the Constituent Assembly to write together the Constitution, bringing for the first time the voice and demands of women into parliament in a world still strongly patriarchal. Teresa “Chicchi” Mattei is responsible for choosing the yellow flower that spontaneously grew on plants at the beginning of March, and which was therefore considered popular and affordable compared to other more sophisticated and expensive flowers, especially after two world wars that had severely tested Italy, from an economic and social point of view. To support her idea, Mattei invented an ancient Chinese legend in which the mimosa represented women, their sensitivity, unity, and sense of belonging to a group, to a family, due to all those tiny flower buds that make up the flower. Teresa Mattei, who had suffered violence and torture during her time as a partisan, recalled that “the mimosa was the flower that the partisans gave to the female couriers. (Adnkronos) - “In questa conferenza stampa mostriamo alcuni manifesti che esprimono un'opinione - che ciascuno è libero di non condividere - in modo garbato e, a volte, anche quasi poetico. Eppure, ne è stata vietata l'affissione. La Costituzione tutela la libertà d'espressione e credo che debba essere garantita per tutti”. Lo afferma Lucio Malan, capogruppo al Senato di FdI, intervenuto a ‘...E Io parlo!', l'incontro con la stampa, organizzato da Pro Vita & Famiglia Onlus a Roma per denunciare il fenomeno della censura preventiva su messaggi a difesa della vita, della famiglia e della libertà di espressione. In particolare, la Onlus chiede alle istituzioni la modifica dell'art. 23 comma 4-bis del Codice della Strada, per impedire alle amministrazioni di ‘censurare le affissioni ritenute non idonee': “è una norma che è stata introdotta in modo surrettizio: l'emendamento, infatti, non è stato illustrato e non ci sono state dichiarazioni di voto”. Ora, però “viene raccontato che era stato pensato come una grande operazione per la tutela della dignità della donna, volta ad evitare pubblicità semi pornografiche utilizzando il corpo femminile”, quando, in realtà, “non c'entra nulla.
