Did I mention, that #SensorWatchPro is pretty cool? With the totp_lfs_face #complication, I now have #TOTP #2FA on my #wristWatch, and it's not even a #smartwatch. https://www.sensorwatch.net/ Thanks, @joeycastillo@mastodon.social! (I use it only for non-critical logins, because access to the secrets is too easy with physical access to the device. E.g. NOT for #salsa #debian org.)

Hoeveel uur slaap, hoeveel diepe slaap, hoeveel REM-slaap en natuurlijk een mooie eindscore. Een 87 voelt goed, maar bij een 54 beginnen we ons misschien zorgen te maken. I can has a pebble watch! !!!!! It arrived sooner than I expected. I have just spent hours exploring, wondering what apps and watchfaces to install. I'm still not entirely sure what I need and how it all fits together. I've installed Gravel, which is a FOSS app for interacting with a pebble (no account needed) and also installed GadgetBridge, though I'm not sure that I need both of them. I think I'm heading into information overload territory, so I'm going to take a break. #pebble #smartWatch #PebbleOs #FOSS

Smart Watch ohne Online Zwang und im Idealfall ohne Online Konto: Gibt es sowas noch? Ich brauch auch nicht unbedingt einen Bildschirm, es soll nur die Werte erfassen und dann gern an ein Smartphone übermitteln. Wenn es dann noch eine Uhrzeit anzeigt, wäre das Bonus ^^ Muss nicht zwangsläufig #openSource sein, ich brauch die Werte aber eher für mich, als für eine Community oder großen Player aus Californien. Also ohne Apple, Meta, Alphabet usw. #smartwatch

You've got a smart watch? Shrug. I had one almost 30 years ago. Let me introduce you to the onHandPC, also called Ruputer in Japan. As the name suggests, it's a wristband computer with a 16-bit 3.6 MHz CPU and 2 MB memory. It has a serial and IR interface. The cool thing is that it comes with a software development kit and you can write software in C for it. I didn't really understand C at the time. In particular pointers were a complete mystery to me. #retrocomputing #smartwatch
