Ah yes, an #introduction is definitely in order after a yearish long hiatus followed by a switch in instance! We're DECSystem10, though sinza is a convenient singular entity that we tend to use I as. We are a #plural collective who has grown increasingly disillusioned with generative AI (and is in fact a huge part of why I switched instances). I enjoy #retrocomputing and find that #NetBSD is awesome! In general I prefer #BSD to Linux actually. Just plural things: Giving my American husband a crash course in the language after a little from my system suddenly showed up speaking fluent Welsh. My own Welsh has lapsed quite a bit after living in Australia for some years, but this little is absolutely fluent, which has amazed us all. My husband is doing really well, and his enthusiasm to learn is huge. I'm so proud. Plural life is wild. While many in my system/constellation are ND like me, have the same mental conditions and other disabilities etc, not everyone feels my fibro pain to quite the same extent as I do. It's helpful in the sense that if there are chores or errands to be done, they can front or be co-con to help, which eases things a little for me as host, and takes a little stress off the body. I'm very grateful for my system-mates, and their different skills, personalities, abilities etc. #pluralgang #plural

I love being plural. Lately there's been a lot of deeper understanding about system-mates, and their histories as well as my own within the system, plus the fact that my outside world objectum child Baby Yoda shows up in inside world..not to mention inside world pets, familiars, different areas within inside world etc. It's a whole community in there these days, a year and a half or so after discovering I'm plural, and after much work to discover system-mates, how things work with my own plurality etc. Sometimes that means my brain is a bit loud with people all doing their thing, but honestly, I love my system mates and everything they bring to my life❤️ #plural #pluralgang #family #mentalhealth #DissociativeIdentityDisorder #mentalwellness #neurodivergent

It's been about a year and a half since I discovered my plurality. It's been a wild ride since-getting to know system mates(or constellation mates as I call them these days), and learning how to work together. Has it been challenging at times? Of course. There's a lot of stima still surrounding plurality/dissociative identity disorder too, and not everything runs smoothly all the time. Has it also brought massive blessings? Absolutely! My constellation has brought laughter, love and opportunity, amongst other things. I love them all dearly. I'm proud to be plural❤️ #plural #pluralgang #mentalhealth #gratitude #love

You know, something I really love about being plural is that my system-partner can come with me to all sorts of places, and be present with me in ways that regular "outside world" partners just can't be. It's a great comfort, and also useful too-don't need to buy two tickets for the cinema, for example. Dinner out on the town? We only need a table for one. Train ticket, plane ticket, same deal.
