PSA: if you're on Win10, and can't/don't want to switch to Linux, in the vast majority of cases, you don't need to buy new hardware to run Win11. I'm seeing some artificial FUD again and people throwing out working PCs.
I'm not telling you that you should be using Win11, but you have the choice that Microsoft pretends you don't.

I've found Qwen3.6 (both dense and MoE) to be actually useful sometimes for non-trivial things, and I'm running it from 100% renewable power. I'm fully aware that not everyone is in a position to do this, so this isn't a recommendation.
