@mitsuhiko@hachyderm.io I agree to some extent; I think the blurry lines might cause endless discussions about edge cases later on, even though they're clearly defining a stance, and this may cause the net benefit of repelling AI users overall.
That being said, I wouldn't say there is *no* alternatives. #Codeberg has gotten a bit of fame lately indeed, but there are other self-hosted #Forgejo instances which are happy to welcome AI users, e.g. #CodeFloe.
