Tuta definitely leans into the more minimalist side of UI/UX, which is exactly my preference in an email (+ calendar and/or cloud storage) client. I’ve really enjoyed it so far.
And from a more aesthetic standpoint, I like their overall style both as a company and a product. Obviously the cryptography side of things is very impressive, but the user experience is what makes or breaks a product.

This was a thoroughly eye-opening read — not that it comes as much of a surprise that the Artificial Intelligence industry rests on a rotten foundation, but I am a bit taken aback by the extent to which it is already embedded in our economy and its various interconnected systems.
The numbers cited from OpenAI’s ”burn rate” forecast are staggering. I think we are in need of a new turn of phrase, because ”hemorrhaging money” doesn’t even begin to describe the reality of the situation.

Normally I wouldn’t let anything happening in the garbage fire across the ocean ruin my day, but unfortunately this corporate monstrosity (with its absolute maniac of a CEO) is spreading its corruption into Europe as well.
The silver lining is that Palantir outing themselves as openly fascist may help turn the tide, and apparently the UK government is already reconsidering their deal with them.
