@nblr@chaos.social Earlier today I took a bus with its digital destination display doing something similar. It's not only AI that hallucinates. But fortunately there was a human driving. It was only the sign that was hallucinating. And I got to my destination OK.

@nblr@chaos.social oooooh, we had a really expensive piece of equipment at work do this, I didn't know if it was the lcd or the controller. Those who know their ASCII can literally SEE the bit errors. At first I thought it was a screensaver, but it wasn't.
