Pleasant and easy stage. No nav issues except the whole route is too long for whaoo element GPS to do therouting... Might need to split by day. Weather perfect, cloudy and cool. At noon, teen 2 &#39;s saddle bolt got loose. I then found out we had forgotten the tools, repair kit and spare tube... After some questioning we decide to keep going. Tomorrow we&#39;re passing by a city with a sport goods shop . We rode so good at 14h30 we were arrived at campsite. 42k, 3h, 500mEG

Small hike this morning with visiting friends, to harvest acacia flowers for cakes. Friends left and i went for Soubran. Sky was quite clear and sunny but during the descent I spotted this huge black cloud slowly coming . Ptn je suis en colère et au 36ème dessous. Je sors d&#39;un rdv avec le prof principal de ado2, en seconde . ll n&#39;a pas les résultats pour aller en général ni techno, et très peu de chance d&#39;aller en pro. Et aucune motivation à redoubler . l&#39;État et l&#39;EN a littéralement gâché un gamin plein de capacités. C&#39;est consternant. #ToutCramer et ouvrir une pension pour chats avec les 2 ados.

OK family coming, so no proper adventure this weekend . instead yesterday was a nice 10k hike with teen 2, a couple basketball shots with teen 1. A good day. Love those rare together times. Hope to sneak out for a run today the weather is awesome.

Workout of the day: 1/2h treadmill #running at high cadence (175 / 180bpm) means i need to run with music to keep from slowing down. average HR a bit high. I was so focused on keeping cadence without speeding up i forgot to breath. watch reading not accurate, my speed was 7.5kmh according to treadmill. Also 2000m of indoor rowing. #trailrunning #runnersOfMastodon

Did not go as planned... For various reason (time, fitness...) I decided to not go down the other side of the westmost range and cut it short. So i followed the range north until I was on the route again and followed it home. I managed some stretches of #running in z2 , the weather was nice, just the right amount of heat. A good 1/2day out. 21k, 1000mEG, now a nap. #trailrunning #runnersofmastodon

#Lyon #running HM despite feeling like having 2vertebras glued together with a nail between. So I took extra care with my footing. As usual went slightly too fast with a sightly too high HR but i felt good nonetheless and enjoyed myself.
