#Lyon #running HM despite feeling like having 2vertebras glued together with a nail between. So I took extra care with my footing. As usual went slightly too fast with a sightly too high HR but i felt good nonetheless and enjoyed myself. Weather was rainy so PARC and quayside were relatively uncrowded. #trailrunning #Runnersofmastodon
