#CoupDeGueule On y est : le #casque pour tous est dans les starting block en France... 😭 Oui, je suis pour le casque pour ceux qui le souhaitent et pour les longues distances. Non, je ne veux pas mettre de casque en #vélo musculaire pour : 1️⃣ aller à la boulangerie puis à l'école chercher mon fils ou l'emmener au sport; 2️⃣ aller faire mes courses; 3️⃣ aller en centre-ville dans le magasin X à 3 ou 4 km de chez moi, et pas envie à pied et/ou bus+tram, encore moins en bagnole; 4️⃣ faire mes 6 km de #velotaf, sur pistes cyclables, voies bus/cycles et voies vertes qui plus est. L'engouement autour du Tour de France femmes m'émeut car je pratique le vélo pour mes déplacement et les loisirs depuis une époque où on me demandait "C'est pas dangereux pour une fille?" Où on m'envoyait péter quand je demandais à voir les modèles en carbone. Et où, quand je demandais certaines spécifications techniques, on me répondait que ça n'existait pas. Avant de vérifier. #bikepacking trip, day #17. We rolled into Aarhus after one last night in the tent, where we had breakfast and lunch and enjoyed the city until it was time to take the ferry to Zealand. Some more cycling and another ferry and we reached Frederikssund, from where we hopped on a local train to Copenhagen. 86 km. #cycling #velo #aarhus #frederikssund #copenhagen #kobenhavn

Après l'Autriche et la Slovaquie nous voilà en Hongrie, toujours le long du Danube. Les enfants ont grandi et pédalent bien. Après une étape de 60 km ils ne sont pas vraiment fatigués. Ils montent leur tente et rangent leurs sacoches. Ça soulage aussi les parents. Ce n'est pas la même gestion que quand ils avaient encore des couches. #vélo #voyage #cyclotourisme #Danube

En arrivant au camping il faut quand même graisser les pattes du chien qui a couru 120 km en 3 jours. Il m'impressionne. Au moindre signe de fatigue on le fait monter dans la remorque. Mais il préfère tellement courir. Enfin trotter pour être précis. Il ne va pas vite mais il tient pendant des heures. Aujourd'hui il a bu plus de 4 grands bidons de cycliste. #dogsOfMastodon #vélo #voyage #cyclotourisme
