CW: food, baking I just searched "alternatives to banana bread when you can't possibly look at another banana again" but no dice. 😆 So perhaps the hive mind can process this request better. The long story: For a while now I’ve been making banana bread (sometimes with CBD flowers ground up in it) with chocolate drops in, and then sliced and frozen it. Easy quick snack, defrosts quickly in the microwave, generally inoffensive. But both my partner’s and my autism (autisms?) are turning on us and the ick/arfid is setting in. The banana bread phase has clearly passed. What can I make instead that’s just as easy (one bowl, air fryer, boom, done), sliceable, has some nourishing components or can have protein powder added? We're glutenfree and mostly dairy free but I do use butter when cooking and I use barista almond milk instead of dairy milk. Oh, and I cba with anything like cookies because too much work, takes too much space, needs the oven or multiple rounds, etc. so it’s gotta be a loaf pan kinda thing. What are the hashtags? #foodie #food #recipes #boostswelcome
