More seriously, there probably has never been a Patch Tuesday with zero reported issues across the entire Windows/Microsoft ecosystem. Given the scale of Windows deployments, virtually every Patch Tuesday ends up causing at least some regression, incompatibility, performance issue, driver problem, application conflict, or edge-case bug for someone.
