I know it's easy to mispronounce a word or name you've never heard aloud before, but if you're making a YouTube video about Jean Giraud, maybe figure out how to pronounce his name first?

Microsoft support is so legendarily bad that my team is currently playing a game of "not-it" to see who is on point for our next support case

I see a lot of sources that list AI token prices as prices per 1M, apparently these folks have never worked in advertising where 1M = one thousand (e.g. CPM = Cost Per Thousand ad impressions) I admit it makes more sense to use metric symbols than Roman numerals, it's just that it's not obvious depending on your context

@fbarton@infosec.exchange you've given me an idea though, we just need to expand who we consider to be on our team. Can we hire a contractor to explain to Microsoft repeatedly that they've assigned the ticket to the wrong queue? Sounds like a great use of resources
