Owning a home will be fun they said! My mower deck, aka Stump Finder 2000, finally got bested by a hidden stump. Bent the deck, took a chunk out of the blade and launched me into a cluster of poison ivy. Need to sanitize the deck before I can work on it but it will be a good excuse to dust off the welder and do some Mad Max reinforcements.

I am doing something I have never done before. Contacting my local council members about the incredibly weak #datacenter "guard rails" they are proposing. These geriatric fucks do not seem to understand what a data center is or care about the communities they will destroy. They are life long residents but they have since moved out of the po' folks areas that would be directly impacted.

Trying not to panic. One of the huge farms around the bend from me is up for sale. Sale probably means 20 home subdivision, best case scenario. My county also is next in the sights of the data center builders and the farmers are trying to stand together against politicians.
