Hi @tailscale@hachyderm.io First of all thank you for the amazing tech you guys are building. I have a small request to make. Currently tailscale only supports #mulvadvpn and it has come to light that Mulvad's founder is the major contributor for the far right Sweden party. Under these circumstances people are exiting Mulvad. But Tailscale only supports Mulvad. Please give at least one more choice to the users. I personally would ask for #protonvpn as they have generous free tier and are a prominent player.

I have a question on fediverse. Will this survive without any money from ads? If no monetary benefit, big influencers won't have incentive to join this space. So this will be an place where a niche people can interact. But the success of any social network depends on the networking effect. If we don't have enough userbase, people will use this space less and less until they have interest. Am I thinking correctly or am I missing something here? #fediverse #mastodon

AOSP by default enables IPC which enables the apps to query for the other apps and know whether it was installed. This is a big privacy loophole which is used to fingerprint users. As graphenos is a custom ROM, can you disable this or give the users the ability to choose?

First, he puts forward this half hearted bill where there were no specific details on delimitation. And then he knew all along that he will not be able to pass as he didn't have majority. I tried installing windows on an older PC and what a pathetic experience it has been. I tried for 3 times and every time if I connect to internet, drivers would get updated which would make the display go blank forever. However I have been a linux and Unix user and never faced such an issue. They get updated when I ask them to. Without heavy lobbying by Microsoft, windows would not have survived. #windows #microsoft

It's so annoying how powerful the big tech companies are and the impact on some of the major opensource projects. One small change from YouTube could end newpipe, youtube-dl and other youtube alternative frontends which uses these as backend. One small change from Google search ended searxng. One small change from Spotify api could end spotube. There should be regulations around the companies offering free services now to remain like that. #opensource #privacy #bigtech
