Wanted to rewatch Odyssey today but this time in IMAX in a theater I havent been to in a long long time. That alone was triggering my #anxiety. That I slept badly last night didnt help either.

So I drive to the theater. Need to do some extra rounds in the parking garage, because I couldnt find a free spot. Im already late, trying to rush to the theater. During that I realize I picked the wrong garage which is like another 10min walk away. I finally give up cause my anxiety was killing me at that point.

Walking into a room full of people, the movie already going. Spotlight on me while enter the theater. Those were the thoughts which made me give up. So I went to my car and drove back home. Feeling completely defeated and like a failure again.

It doesnt matter how many good days there are where u overcome your fear. That one day where the anxiety wins, feels like absolute shit.

Im going to try again for Spider-Man soon! 💪
