Also is it expected from the gas powered turbines that tehy can go below 20hz? I dont know if they act similar way than the emergency gas turbines that the energy grid uses when they run out? Those are not low hw I believe

I am happy because I have found joy out of reading again.
My goal is to read one book each week and find new book in the thrift or book store that interests me (in fridays).
I had difficulties very long time to even open the first page of a book
But now reading feels goood and trying to maintain this feeling
Most of my co-workers are very demanding, and I'm having hard time fitting in.
They have high expectations and demands. I think these are not that bad alone but when you add things such work politics, people straight up lying so that they can look busy or guilt tripping and even gaslighting
I don't know how to cope through of this and I'm very exhausted.
I have to ask a lot of questions because they are very vague (intentional?) and dont share much of information

I have come to realize that my communication differs from other people and causes conflicts (sometimes)
I'm having hard time asking questions, and when I do I'm not understood maybe 30-40% of time. Sometime people do interpret my questions that I'm being sarcastic or trying to challenge them but I'm genuine because I'm asking so that I can understand better the context
My strongest personality trait is kindness and I get confused when people are frustrated on me

Corporations are trying to squeeze more profits each year and they don't care about individuals in the work place.
They are ready to replace workers with #AI, have less physical locations and give terrible customer experience through chatbots
Do not these corporations or bigger companis understand that they will eventually have less payer customers because of higher number of #unemployment who cannot contribute to the economy

There's strong disparency between management and programmers. Huge amount of AI code has been generated which causes a lot of fixing time and usually goes without proper reviews.
I think Im burnt and just looking for my exit

By studying them it's much easier to understand whats under and how to make policy/law framework around these kinds of algorithms. When fully restricting something, how do u know they just go around and its again the same problem

This is pure greed and their priorities are on selfish things.
