Iran is playing him. They already transported a bunch of oil and other goods through the strait while the "cease fire" was in effect.
They have million s more dollars, and more supplies in stock. They are just trying to wait out the US depletion of the strategic petroleum reserves. That should happen within the next week or so. Then oil prices globally will skyrocket and they will have all the leverage.
Trump admin doesn't understand how anything works and we end up paying for it.

I can say for sure that there were more than a few. I have a post with lots of pics.
And the event was closed twice for "inclement weather" that never appeared. They did however lose power for no reason.

I hear you. But unlike an ICE powered car, the battery is the main thing. No transmission, etc. One thing to do is verify the mileage, which directly correlates to the max possible number of charge cycles. It's hard to do damage to a EV on just a few charge cycles
There are also ways to test the battery - charge to 80 pct and check to see how far off the range is from what other owners report in forums. But a $25-30k, one or two year old EV is a good buy if it's healthy.

I recently tried to check in for an international flight online. It asked for a picture of my passport, with a disclaimer [paraphrasing] that my passport info would be sent to a third party for processing.
That's a hard pass for me. I'd rather wait in line at the airport then have some third party I don't know about have access to my passport info

A few years ago, I got a call from a #newyorktimes reporter that discovered that I had played Ultimate Frisbee in college long ago with a person that was about to endure a Senate confirmation hearing. I was actually impressed that they could have found that information, because that was literally our only link. But I didn't really see a reason to speak to the NYT, because I couldn't see how anything I said would be helpful to anyone but the NYT.
