UK #Starmer is plans to use the remains of the "special relationship" and mumbled diplomacy. Pakistan -outrageous flattery. #Russia has done well with #kompromat - and so on
In short - it's a shambles.
What is clear is that everybody from the poor consumer to the richest investor is motivated to avoid anything with a #USA label
