Is there a chance that somebody at #Wikimania knows something about the recent loss of years of ahort links to #Wikidata queries on https://query-chest.toolforge.org/ The seeming flushing of all caches at some point earlier this month makes the service utterly useless and caused thousands of links in publications, on websites etc. to rot. #LinkRot #DigiPres

For knowledge to genuinely be open the owners of that knowledge must want it to be. There is much work to be done by open communities to reconcile the goals of free and open knowledge with respect for Indigenous content and honouring self-determination.
