Are orange #watch straps still a thing, or is it yesterdays news? Because I found this really cool and comfy orange (I have to admit orange is one of my favorite colours in general) nylon strap for my #Garmin #Fenix7pro. But is it a bit cheesy to use these days?

As if I needed another #project I've been working on recreating the clock from FunHouse #pinball to use as a #Pebble #watch face. Starting with a vector illustration in #inkscape, then I'll head over to a raster editor to make sure everything looks clean and readable at the small size/resolution of the Pebble. I'm also planning on rendering Rudy's face with eyes/eyelids/mouth that can animate, a segment display for extra info, and perhaps speech bubbles that pop up his iconic lines.

Ich habe mir für den kommenden #DID / #DIDay eine Aufgabe überlegt, von der ich aber in keinster Weise weiß, wie ich sie umsetzen soll. Ich nutze eine #Apple #Watch in Kombination mit der #WetterApp von Apple. Dort muss ich den Standort freigeben, damit mir die Apple Watch die aktuelle Temperatur anzeigt und ein kleines Symbol für Sonne, Wolken oder Regen. Ich weiß aber, dass ein #Bewegungsprofil erstellt wird oder erstellt werden kann. Und nun bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Lösung, mit der ich auf der Apple Watch Temperatur und Regenwarnung anzeigen kann, ohne dass #Bewegungsprofile erstellt werden, am besten mit einer Open Source Lösung oder einer Lösung aus #Deutschland oder #Europa. Hat dafür jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Received a new #watchstrap for my #watch today. Not sure if I like it or not. The look is very rugged like I usually like it, but it feels a bit over the top, and its absolutely no flex in it at all, so not very comfortable to wear compared with the stretchy straps I usually wear. #watchstraps
